Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to cultivate long‑term relationships and uphold the Louis Vuitton client promise.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through consultative selling and a strategic commercial mindset.
- Advise clients across the full range of brand categories, demonstrating deep product and brand knowledge.
- Use in‑house clienteling tools and systems to track client preferences, follow up, and grow repeat business.
- Contribute to store performance by participating in merchandising, stock management and daily store operations as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail experience; prior exposure to high‑end or luxury retail strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a client‑facing environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Flexible schedule availability, including capacity to work weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.

Experience
At least 3 years of retail or client-facing experience, preferably within the luxury or premium sector, with demonstrated sales performance and clienteling capability.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary study in business, fashion, merchandising or a related discipline preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 23 to USD 26 per hour.
