Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to cultivate long‑term relationships and uphold the Louis Vuitton client promise.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through consultative selling and a strategic commercial mindset.
  • Advise clients across the full range of brand categories, demonstrating deep product and brand knowledge.
  • Use in‑house clienteling tools and systems to track client preferences, follow up, and grow repeat business.
  • Contribute to store performance by participating in merchandising, stock management and daily store operations as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of retail experience; prior exposure to high‑end or luxury retail strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a client‑facing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including capacity to work weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 23 to USD 26 per hour.
