Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives while maintaining accountability for results
- Welcome every client and deliver premium customer service rooted in deep product knowledge and expertise
- Develop long-term client relationships and foster confidence in Louis Vuitton beauty products and services through consultative engagement
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent alignment with Louis Vuitton's promise and values in every client interaction
- Participate as an engaged team member in all store activities that contribute to overall boutique objectives and commercial performance
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE A-levels or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese; ability to communicate in a third language is advantageous
- Proven track record in retail, customer service, or hospitality environments
