Louis Vuitton seeks a summer Client Advisor in Barcelona to deliver luxury retail excellence and build client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives, maintaining accountability for sales performance
- Welcome and serve every client, providing exceptional service and personalized shopping experiences
- Advise clients across the full brand spectrum and all product categories with expertise and elegance
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and CRM systems to foster brand loyalty
- Perform as a collaborative team member and participate in store activities that contribute to overall retail objectives
- Master brand heritage, product knowledge, and the Louis Vuitton collections to provide informed guidance
- Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming, presentation, and professional behavior
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational protocols
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, sales, or hospitality
- Strong passion for luxury and fashion
- Professional background in sales, marketing, or tourism valued but not required
- Availability to work 40 hours per week including weekends
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or luxury service sectors. Previous background in luxury retail or high-end hospitality is valued and will be positively considered.
Education
Professional studies in sales, marketing, or tourism are valued but not mandatory for consideration.
