Louis Vuitton seeks a Temporary Client Advisor in Barcelona for the summer season — deliver luxury client service and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised, memorable client experience in line with Louis Vuitton standards; welcome clients and advise across all product categories.
- Drive individual and store sales objectives; be accountable for achieving personal and team targets.
- Develop and sustain long‑term client relationships through proactive outreach and use of clienteling tools.
- Master brand and product knowledge and convey expertise with elegance and accuracy.
- Contribute actively as a team player to store initiatives and daily operational tasks.
- Uphold the House’s grooming, conduct and service standards at all times.
- Adhere to company policies, processes and loss‑prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends; able to work on‑site for the summer season.
- Minimum three years of professional experience (see Experience).
- Customer‑facing experience in retail, hospitality or luxury is valued but not mandatory.
- Professional or post‑secondary studies in sales, marketing or tourism are advantageous but not required.
