Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service in accordance with the Louis Vuitton promise, ensuring every client receives a seamless luxury experience.
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives; be accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proactively engage and develop long-term client relationships through outreach and clienteling activities using clienteling tools.
- Advise clients across the brand and all product categories, demonstrating authoritative product knowledge and cross-category selling.
- Contribute as a committed team player to store activities and initiatives that support overall store objectives.
- Continuously learn and master brand, product and merchandising knowledge to maintain service excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, fashion or a related industry, preferably within luxury retail.
- Professional presentation and polished interpersonal skills.
- Client-centric mindset with proactive sales orientation and strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to perform under pressure, high motivation, and collaborative team spirit.
- Fluent in Thai and English; Mandarin or other third languages are a significant advantage.

Experience
At least 5 years of progressive retail experience in fashion or related sectors, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and cultivating high-value client relationships within a luxury environment.
Education
