Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service in accordance with the Louis Vuitton promise, ensuring every client receives a seamless luxury experience.
  • Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives; be accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proactively engage and develop long-term client relationships through outreach and clienteling activities using clienteling tools.
  • Advise clients across the brand and all product categories, demonstrating authoritative product knowledge and cross-category selling.
  • Contribute as a committed team player to store activities and initiatives that support overall store objectives.
  • Continuously learn and master brand, product and merchandising knowledge to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, fashion or a related industry, preferably within luxury retail.
  • Professional presentation and polished interpersonal skills.
  • Client-centric mindset with proactive sales orientation and strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to perform under pressure, high motivation, and collaborative team spirit.
  • Fluent in Thai and English; Mandarin or other third languages are a significant advantage.
