Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience by identifying client needs and tailoring service accordingly.
- Act as a brand ambassador, consistently representing Louis Vuitton’s values and standards during all client interactions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive client engagement, relationship development and follow-up.
- Maintain and deepen client relationships using in‑house clienteling tools and CRM systems to drive repeat business.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge across categories to offer informed, personalized advice.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to foster a positive, high‑performance retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of client‑facing retail or customer service experience, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Proven commercial and sales-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to meet targets.
