Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives whilst maintaining brand standards
- Master comprehensive brand and product knowledge across all Louis Vuitton collections
- Provide expert product advisory across the full range of brand categories
- Leverage clienteling tools and CRM systems to cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships
- Create memorable, personalized shopping experiences that reinforce brand heritage and values
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or customer service experience
- Prior experience in luxury retail or high-end market environments preferred
- Strong personal presentation and brand ambassador capabilities
- Demonstrated consultative sales ability and relationship-building skills
