Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high-touch client experiences that reflect the Louis Vuitton DNA and exceed expectations.
- Act as a brand ambassador by communicating product heritage, craftsmanship and storytelling with authenticity.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Contribute to store performance by meeting individual and team sales KPIs and supporting merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with the retail team to sustain a refined, cohesive and service-driven boutique environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in sales or client-facing roles; experience in luxury retail or hospitality is highly advantageous.
- Proven clienteling skills and a demonstrable track record of achieving sales KPIs.
- Impeccable personal presentation and polished communication skills.
- Resilient, resourceful and able to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Collaborative team orientation with a strong service ethic and enthusiasm for luxury fashion.
