Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a personalised, memorable client experience aligned with Louis Vuitton standards, welcoming every client and advising across product categories.
  • Drive individual and store sales targets; take accountability for personal sales performance and contribute to team objectives.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and outreach, using available clienteling tools to foster loyalty.
  • Maintain deep product and brand knowledge to present merchandise with expertise and elegance.
  • Operate as a collaborative team member, participating in store activities and initiatives that support overall performance.
  • Adhere to Louis Vuitton grooming standards, client service protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Greek is required; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Minimum three years of client-facing experience; background in luxury retail or hospitality is strongly preferred.
  • Availability to work full-time up to 40 hours per week, including weekends and peak seasonal hours.
  • Tertiary or professional studies in sales, marketing or tourism are valued but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated commercial mindset with strong interpersonal skills and ownership of results.
