Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets; be accountable for personal sales results and contribute to team objectives.
- Welcome each Client and deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience aligned with brand standards.
- Proactively engage and cultivate long-term Client relationships using clienteling tools and outreach strategies to foster loyalty.
- Advise Clients across the full range of product categories and guide them through the brand’s offering.
- Participate as an active team member in store activities that support commercial and service objectives.
- Acquire and maintain in-depth brand and product knowledge to effectively present and sell merchandise.
- Adhere to Louis Vuitton grooming, behavior standards, and company policies and procedures.
