Louis Vuitton seeks a Part-time Client Advisor at Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam to deliver exceptional client service and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome every client and deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience aligned with the Louis Vuitton promise.
  • Advise clients across the brand’s full product offering and ensure thorough knowledge of merchandise to guide purchase decisions.
  • Proactively engage clients to build long-term relationships using clienteling tools and CRM practices to foster loyalty.
  • Drive individual and team sales objectives; be accountable for meeting personal sales targets and contributing to store results.
  • Collaborate as an active team player in store operations and participate in activities that support overall store objectives.
  • Continuously develop and master brand, collection and product knowledge to maintain expert advisory capability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ experience in luxury retail or client-facing sales roles.
  • Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and for delivering premium client service.
  • Professional demeanour, strong sense of ownership, responsibility and effective team spirit.
  • Availability to work three full days per week and flexibility to operate in an airport retail environment.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch preferred; additional language skills are an asset.

Experience
