Louis Vuitton seeks a Part-time Client Advisor at Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam to deliver exceptional client service and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome every client and deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience aligned with the Louis Vuitton promise.
- Advise clients across the brand’s full product offering and ensure thorough knowledge of merchandise to guide purchase decisions.
- Proactively engage clients to build long-term relationships using clienteling tools and CRM practices to foster loyalty.
- Drive individual and team sales objectives; be accountable for meeting personal sales targets and contributing to store results.
- Collaborate as an active team player in store operations and participate in activities that support overall store objectives.
- Continuously develop and master brand, collection and product knowledge to maintain expert advisory capability.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in luxury retail or client-facing sales roles.
- Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and for delivering premium client service.
- Professional demeanour, strong sense of ownership, responsibility and effective team spirit.
- Availability to work three full days per week and flexibility to operate in an airport retail environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch preferred; additional language skills are an asset.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of proven experience in luxury or premium retail sales, preferably with exposure to airport or travel-retail environments and clienteling practices.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational training in retail or luxury service is advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands.
