Louis Vuitton is hiring a Client Advisor in Amsterdam. Full-time, on-site role delivering luxury client experiences and achieving sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador of the brand, delivering the Louis Vuitton promise to every client and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.
- Drive and achieve individual and store sales targets; be accountable for tangible sales results.
- Welcome clients, build rapport and develop long-term relationships to foster loyalty across the brand.
- Leverage clienteling tools to manage and expand client files and follow up on leads and appointments.
- Collaborate as a proactive team player and participate in store activities that contribute to overall objectives.
- Acquire and maintain deep product and brand knowledge to support client advising and sales.
- Adhere to Louis Vuitton brand standards, including grooming, conduct and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail or luxury sales experience, preferably in high-end fashion or leather goods.
- Passion for the brand and excellence in client experience.
- Commercial, proactive mindset with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment; detail-oriented and organised.
- Professional demeanour, teamwork orientation, responsibility and ownership of sales activities.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in Dutch preferred.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury sales experience, ideally within a high-end fashion or leather-goods environment.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; further education in retail, hospitality, fashion or business is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands.
