Louis Vuitton seeks a Client Advisor in Amman, Jordan to deliver luxury retail experiences and build client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver best-in-class client experience in alignment with Louis Vuitton service standards
- Drive individual and team sales objectives while maintaining accountability for personal performance metrics
- Advise clients across the Maison's product categories and deliver personalized, relevant recommendations
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through effective clienteling and proactive follow-up
- Conduct outreach to existing and prospective clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat visits
- Develop strong brand and product knowledge to represent Louis Vuitton with credibility and expertise
- Maintain Louis Vuitton standards in personal grooming, professional behavior, and service excellence
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
- Function as a collaborative team player contributing to collective store objectives and initiatives
- Participate actively in daily store operations and sales floor activities
