Louis Vuitton hiring seasonal Client Advisor in Almaty, Kazakhstan for summer 2024. Full-time temporary retail position (June–September).
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives whilst maintaining accountability for results
- Welcome and provide exceptional client experiences to every customer
- Advise clients across all brand categories and product lines
- Engage proactively with clients to develop long-term relationships through clienteling tools and strategies to foster brand loyalty
- Collaborate as a team member and participate in all activities that contribute to overall store objectives
- Master and apply comprehensive brand and product knowledge
- Maintain Louis Vuitton brand standards in personal grooming and professional behaviour
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Fluent English language proficiency
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Previous background in retail, hospitality, or luxury sectors (preferred but not mandatory)
- Professional tertiary education in sales, marketing, and/or tourism (valued but not required)
- Availability to work full-time, including weekends

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail, hospitality, or luxury sectors is preferred. Candidates with less formal retail experience but demonstrable client-focused mindset and sales orientation will be considered based on transferable skills and potential for growth within the Louis Vuitton environment.
Education
Professional studies or tertiary qualifications in sales, marketing, and/or tourism are valued but not mandatory for consideration.
