Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences and act as an ambassador for the Louis Vuitton narrative.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store KPIs and sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to advise clients accurately.
- Contribute to a polished store environment and collaborate with colleagues to support visual standards, inventory and daily operations.
- Engage with digital tools and CRM to record client information, track opportunities and support omnichannel initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail, hospitality or a related client service environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Impeccable presentation and strong verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated resilience, adaptability and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Ambition for career development within a global luxury brand; multilingualism and digital fluency are advantageous.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of customer-facing experience in luxury retail, hospitality or client services, with a proven ability to achieve sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in retail, hospitality or a related discipline is desirable.
