Louis Vuitton in Paris seeks a Celebrity Relations Intern for a 6‑month full‑time internship (Paris 1er) starting Aug 2026 in the Celebrity department.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Celebrity department in the daily management and follow‑up of PR and celebrity‑related activities, ensuring flawless operational execution.
- Manage celebrity loan requests: organise outbound shipments and returns of garments and accessories and maintain rigorous tracking of inventory.
- Maintain and present the VIP showroom to luxury standards, ensuring it is always visitor‑ready for high‑profile appointments.
- Track and process orders for celebrity product placements and curated wardrobe sets, liaising with internal stakeholders (marketing, stores, warehouse).
- Support the coordination and operational delivery of events including menswear shows, store openings and charity dinners.
Qualifications
- Current graduate-level education (Bac+4 minimum) in communication, marketing, public relations or equivalent.
- Prior internship or entry‑level experience in press relations, event coordination or showroom operations is an advantage.
- Excellent organisational rigour, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset when dealing with high‑profile talents and internal teams.
- Comfortable working in English; additional languages are a plus.
