Louis Vuitton Celebrity Relations Assistant Intern, Paris. Six-month full-time internship in press relations and event coordination, starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage magazine subscriptions and renewals essential to the department's editorial monitoring
- Track and compile media coverage (piges) related to celebrity activities and events, measuring communication impact
- Input media coverage data and editorial performance into DMR software for accurate reporting and analysis
- Conduct monthly reconciliation of media coverage data with LVMH-provided metrics to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate celebrity clothing loans and returns, maintaining rigorous operational tracking
- Maintain the VIP showroom to impeccable standards, ensuring readiness for high-profile guests
- Receive and process VIP press kit orders, entering data into PRACO software for full traceability
- Participate in the organization of men's and women's runway shows, store openings, charity galas, and marquee events
- Arrange hotel reservations, transportation, and driver services for celebrity attendees
- Coordinate hair and makeup bookings for celebrities, ensuring flawless presentation at events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) or equivalent, preferably in communication, marketing, or public relations
- Prior experience in press relations, event management, or showroom operations is advantageous
- Proficiency with DMR and PRACO software, or demonstrated ability to learn specialized platforms rapidly
- Familiarity with Fashion GPS is desirable
- Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated capacity to manage stress and juggle multiple concurrent projects
- Fluent English; additional language skills valued

Beginner level; however, prior experience in press relations, event management, or showroom operations is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac+4 or equivalent), preferably in communication, marketing, or public relations.
