Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily operational and administrative tasks related to celebrity and influencer activities across all categories.
- Manage monthly expenses related to celebrities and influencers, including purchase order creation, vendor registration, and tax invoice processing.
- Support product placement delivery management, including receiving, packaging, shipment, and calligraphy.
- Assist with product gift write-off tracking and documentation.
- Draft and circulate emails to share celebrity and influencer exposure updates.
- Prepare and update celebrity profiles and reference materials.
- Support PA voucher TR poll management and internal coordination.
- Arrange non-Louis Vuitton gifts such as flowers, champagne, and other hospitality items.
- Assist with hospitality arrangements such as coffee trucks and café visits.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in fashion, entertainment, marketing, and celebrity/influencer culture.
- Good understanding of social media trends and ability to research relevant talents.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible with a proactive working attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluent in Korean and English with working-level English (email writing and basic communication).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or experience in fashion, luxury, PR, or marketing is preferred. Experience in researching and compiling celebrity/influencer profiles and lists is advantageous.
