Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised luxury client experiences and build long-term client relationships through active clienteling.
- Act as a brand ambassador by communicating Louis Vuitton’s heritage, products and services with passion and accuracy.
- Drive individual sales performance and contribute to store KPIs through conversion, upselling and follow-up.
- Support day-to-day store operations, maintaining impeccable presentation, merchandising standards and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with colleagues to sustain a high-performance, service-oriented team environment and participate in ongoing training.
Qualifications
- Minimum availability of 2–3 days per week; flexible to work non‑guaranteed/variable hours.
- Client-centric mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills; clientelling experience is advantageous.
- Commercially driven with a willingness to meet and exceed sales KPIs.
- Polished personal presentation and professional demeanour appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
- Legal right to work in Australia.
