Role & Responsibilities
- Process customer payments across multiple tenders (cash, department store vouchers, card transactions) and handle payment enquiries at point of sale.
- Perform daily sales reconciliation, prepare and submit required financial documentation and reports accurately and on time.
- Manage cash control procedures, maintain till accuracy and ensure adherence to store cash handling policies.
- Support general administrative tasks for store operations, including POS record keeping and Excel-based reporting.
- Collaborate with the retail team to enhance the in‑store client experience and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years' experience in cashiering, retail administration or store operations within retail, luxury, beauty or office environments.
- Demonstrable experience in cash handling, voucher/gift card processing and basic sales reconciliation.
- Proficiency with Excel and retail POS systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Experience in department store environments or luxury retail is an advantage.

Education
