Role & Responsibilities

  • Process customer payments across multiple tenders (cash, department store vouchers, card transactions) and handle payment enquiries at point of sale.
  • Perform daily sales reconciliation, prepare and submit required financial documentation and reports accurately and on time.
  • Manage cash control procedures, maintain till accuracy and ensure adherence to store cash handling policies.
  • Support general administrative tasks for store operations, including POS record keeping and Excel-based reporting.
  • Collaborate with the retail team to enhance the in‑store client experience and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications
