Louis Vuitton is seeking a Campus Talent Acquisition Intern to support recruitment, school partnerships, employer visibility, intern and apprentice experience, and recruitment KPI reporting at its global headquarters in Paris. This is a full-time, six-month internship starting in January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment for interns and apprentices across varied fields, including business schools, engineering schools and fashion schools.
- Gather hiring needs from managers and support them throughout the recruitment process.
- Source, screen and interview candidates.
- Monitor recruitment through to the final offer, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Help run and develop school partnerships through career fairs, presentations and events.
- Contribute to initiatives that increase visibility and appeal among young talent.
- Support an engaging onboarding experience, including onboarding days and content.
- Track interns and apprentices throughout their placements.
- Engage the Campus community through internal events.
- Contribute to end-of-placement reviews and continuous improvement of the experience.
- Monitor and analyse recruitment KPIs, including time to hire, volume, application quality and conversion rates.
- Help produce regular reports.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose concrete actions.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects involving talent pools, tools, processes and candidate experience.
- Take on other projects in line with the intern’s profile and interests.
Qualifications
- Currently studying for a Master’s degree in Human Resources, or studying at a business school or university, or equivalent.
- A first six-month internship in recruitment or human resources would be an advantage.
- Recognised for rigour, curiosity, organisation, and analytical and synthesis skills.
- Enthusiastic and interested in varied assignments, with strong listening skills and a proactive approach.
- An interest in the luxury and fashion industries and the capabilities they require, including excellence, attention to detail, creativity and a drive to exceed expectations.
- Fluent spoken and written French and English.

Entry-level; a first six-month internship in recruitment or human resources would be an advantage.

Currently studying for a Master’s degree in Human Resources, or studying at a business school or university, or equivalent.
