Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies for visual merchandising projects, including window displays, in-store installations, and promotional environments
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers and service providers based on criteria including quality, cost, lead time, and alignment with luxury standards
- Negotiate contracts and framework agreements with vendors while maintaining brand standards and ethical procurement practices
- Coordinate the development and production of visual merchandising elements from design concept through final installation
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and retail teams to ensure visual coherence and brand consistency across installations
- Oversee visual merchandising projects across all phases, from initial specification through on-site implementation
- Manage budgets and resource allocation for visual merchandising initiatives, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI
- Monitor production timelines, quality standards, and supplier performance against contractual commitments
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar buying or procurement role, preferably in visual merchandising development and production
- Demonstrated expertise in supplier negotiation and relationship management
