Role & Responsibilities

  • Consolidate quantitative business plans (3‑year plan), annual budget and monthly Business Reviews across key strategic dimensions: sales growth, units, average selling price (ASP), and main product family performance.
  • Analyse sales performance and market trends to inform medium‑ and long‑term commercial strategy for RTW and shoes.
  • Produce and interpret weekly and monthly reporting to track KPIs and support decision‑making.
  • Deliver ad hoc studies and scenario analyses to guide merchandising, marketing and supply chain decisions.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and merchant teams to size new product introductions (OTS WW) and propose showroom‑level forecasts.
  • Consolidate quantitative outputs for showroom governance (quarterly reviews, introductions, wrap‑ups) and prepare purchase syntheses at showroom close.
  • Monitor price architecture, propose pricing adjustments, and coordinate euro price implementations and psychological price follow‑up at showrooms.
  • Act as principal business planning interlocutor for Marketing and Supply Chain; support marketing in tracking marketing coefficients where relevant.
  • Maintain and develop business planning tools and dashboards to improve forecasting, reporting and decision support.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalent (Business School, Engineering School or University).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; 5–7 years in a similar role or within forecasting/controlling or supply chain is strongly preferred, ideally in fashion or luxury.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; proven experience with Anaplan and Power BI.
  • Strong numerical rigour with proven ability to manipulate and consolidate large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to present analyses and drive cross‑functional alignment.
  • Fluent written and spoken French and English.

Experience

Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school or university, or equivalent qualification.
