Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the medium‑ and long‑term financial chiffrage (3YP), annual budget and monthly performance steering on key dimensions: revenue, units and ASP.
- Coordinate forecasting and assortment framing with Supply Chain, Collection Merchandising and Retail Merchandising; propose zonal visions and scenarios.
- Monitor and animate margin performance, prepare activity‑specific analyses and deliver strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure consolidation of novelty margins from pre‑showroom through to final purchasing decisions, and work with industrial and marketing teams to activate margin levers.
- Manage product lifecycle: organise semi‑annual collection review meetings, prepare quarterly store withdrawal lists and verify activation of all sales levers before delisting.
- Drive pricing strategy for new products at showrooms; act as primary contact for Retail Merchandising on price positioning and participate in price increase decisions in euros and foreign currencies.
- Maintain and guarantee the reliability of Power BI dashboards (revenue, margin, keep‑in‑merch, etc.) used by Retail Merchandising, Collection Merchandising and Business Performance.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school or university in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience in Supply Chain planning, Management Control or business planning (3–4 years preferred).
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven ability to manipulate and reconcile large volumes of quantitative data with rigor and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills: pedagogical, assertive and comfortable guiding cross‑functional stakeholders.

Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience within a Supply Chain, Management Control or Business Planning team, ideally in luxury goods or fashion; demonstrable track record in forecasting, margin management and cross‑functional coordination.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
