Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the quantification and scenario-setting of the 3‑year plan (3YP), annual budget and monthly business tracking across key dimensions: revenue growth, units and ASP; provide zonal views and collaborate on novelty framing with Supply Chain, Collection Merch and Retail Merch.
  • Monitor and animate margin performance by preparing activity-specific review points, consolidating margin for newness from pre-showroom through purchase finalization, and recommending strategic levers to improve consolidated profitability.
  • Manage product lifecycle and assortment governance: organise semi-annual collection review meetings, prepare quarterly store withdrawal lists, and ensure sales levers are activated before any delisting decision to optimise stock rotation.
  • Coordinate pricing strategy for new products at showrooms; act as primary contact for Retail Merchandising on pricing, deliver quarterly market index and ASP communications, and support decisions on price increases in euros and foreign currencies.
  • Ensure reliability and relevance of Power BI dashboards (revenue, margin, keep in merch, etc.) shared with Retail Merchandising, Collection Merchandising and Business Performance teams.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, Business or equivalent university qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in a Supply Chain, Business Planning or Financial Control environment within retail or consumer goods.
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point; proven experience with Anaplan and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical rigour, numerical fluency and ability to synthesise complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: pedagogical, assertive, collaborative and able to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Affinity for the luxury sector: attention to detail, commitment to excellence and creativity.

Experience

Minimum 3 years' experience in Supply Chain, Business Planning or Financial Control, preferably within retail or luxury goods.

Education
