Role & Responsibilities

  • Own and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting capturing sales, call volume, and Client Services Center productivity metrics, utilizing data analysis to identify trends and support ongoing evaluation
  • Prepare clear, actionable documentation of business insights and analytical findings to inform leadership decision-making across the organization
  • Partner with Client Services Leadership to design, develop, and deploy standardized reporting frameworks and analytical dashboards that enhance performance visibility
  • Proactively engage with finance to ensure timely invoice reconciliation and manage full-time equivalent (FTE) actuals against annual budget targets
  • Amplify the Louis Vuitton North America Client Services strategic voice by serving as a key point of contact for global business performance initiatives designed to increase key performance indicator (KPI) visibility and drive organizational productivity
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to identify alignment opportunities through data analysis and performance-based insights
  • Provide comprehensive support to business performance initiatives and the Senior Business Performance Manager
  • Execute ad hoc analytical projects and additional responsibilities as assigned to support Client Services organizational objectives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business analysis, performance management, or related analytical roles
  • Demonstrated expertise in analyzing business trends, interpreting performance data, and translating findings into strategic recommendations
  • Proven experience managing recurring business reporting and developing clear, effective performance documentation for executive audiences
  • Proficiency with dashboard design, data visualization tools, and standardized reporting systems
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities for productivity improvement and investment alignment
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively with leadership, finance, and diverse stakeholders
