Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Owner, MyAccount & Client Profile, by mapping existing systems, conducting market best-practice benchmarks and producing ad hoc analyses to inform recommendations.
  • Coordinate selected projects end-to-end in close collaboration with the manager and cross-functional partners (Product, Client Data, CRM, Legal, Fraud, Retail, Client Service).
  • Maintain and enrich monthly reporting with quantitative and qualitative insights to support prioritisation and definition of business value.
  • Contribute to the definition of initiatives aimed at increasing account creation, improving login rates and ensuring customer contactability.
  • Prepare materials and communications for regional/zonal stakeholders and assist with internal alignment activities.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in or recent graduate of a business school or engineering school; a specialization in project management is a plus.
  • Good command of French and English (written and spoken).
  • Proven proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and regions.
  • Autonomous, synthesizes information clearly and demonstrates a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • A first professional experience in digital project management is required.
