Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure operational availability of approximately 50 Power BI reports with daily refreshed data and user access.
- Diagnose report anomalies, develop corrective solutions and manage incidents with TMA/support until resolution.
- Enhance the monitoring and alerting framework (Microsoft Flow) to improve observability and incident response.
- Coach and upskill report creators (Data Champions), author and maintain the best‑practice guide, and conduct periodic audits to enforce standards.
- Drive collaborative initiatives to create authoritative business Datasets (reduce self‑BI) and propose prioritisation for competing requests.
- After onboarding training, design learning content and tools to help business users build Datasets originating from PLM and related systems (Centric / SAP / Anaplan).
- Develop data models, KPIs and report visualisation from written specifications; produce new reports and historical indicators to animate industrial processes.
- Leverage AI tools where appropriate to enrich analytics and accelerate development.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or preparing for a Bac+5 (Master’s) in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Information Systems Engineering, or equivalent.
- Practical experience or internships in data analysis, industrial supply‑chain domains (procurement, planning, scheduling), Master Data coordination or industrialisation projects.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into structured specifications and KPI definitions.
- Strong collaborative and pedagogical skills: clear communication with diverse stakeholders, ability to simplify complex technical concepts and mentor colleagues.

Entry‑level / débutant. Previous internships or first professional experiences in data analytics, supply‑chain analytics, Master Data or industrial projects are advantageous.
Education
Preparatory or ongoing Master’s level (Bac+5) in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Information Systems Engineering or equivalent.
