Louis Vuitton seeks a Business Development Project Manager in Paris to drive Premium Watchmaking commercial strategy and growth across global markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategy and forecasting exercises for Premium and High Watchmaking segments across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons
- Create and maintain comprehensive business intelligence tools and dashboards to drive daily business operations in close collaboration with seven global zones
- Monitor key performance indicators and deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting to senior leadership
- Oversee retail network performance and strategy in partnership with merchandising teams
- Lead currency pricing strategy for the watchmaking category in alignment with business unit objectives and Maison policy
- Design and pilot sales enablement tools including brochures, visual merchandising assets, digital catalogues, and training materials across all support departments
- Animate and mobilize the watchmaking community across all regional markets
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business development, commercial strategy, or related fields
- Demonstrated expertise in business analysis and data management
- Proven experience working in international and/or retail environments
- Fluent English; French fluency is advantageous
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency with enterprise tools including Anaplan, Power BI, data management platforms, SAP, and equivalent systems
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and presentation capabilities
- Deep interest in the watchmaking and luxury timepiece sector is preferred
- Analytical and commercial mindset with demonstrated comfort navigating quantitative data
- Meticulous attention to detail, adaptability, and strong organizational discipline
