Louis Vuitton seeks a Business Development Manager – Watchmaking to drive commercial strategy and business growth in Paris. Lead analytics, pricing, and retail operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial strategy and financial forecasts for the Watchmaking and High Watchmaking segments across short, medium, and long-term horizons
  • Build and maintain comprehensive business intelligence tools and dashboards to support daily operations and strategic decision-making
  • Monitor key performance indicators and produce regular and ad-hoc reporting for senior leadership
  • Oversee retail network performance in close coordination with the Merchandising team
  • Drive pricing strategy and currency management for the Watch category in alignment with the Business Unit and House policy
  • Develop and champion sales enablement tools including brochures, visual merchandising collateral, digital catalogues, and training materials in partnership with support departments
  • Foster engagement and knowledge-sharing within the Watchmaking community across geographic zones

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a commercial or business analytics context
  • Demonstrated expertise in business analysis and data management
  • Proven international experience and/or retail sector background
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong command of enterprise software including Anaplan, Power BI, data management platforms, SAP, or equivalent tools
  • Exceptional data literacy, analytical rigour, and capacity to synthesize complex information
  • Strong written and verbal communication with polished presentation capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
