Louis Vuitton seeks a Business Analyst — Watches & Jewelry in Paris to drive retail performance, pricing and commercial strategy (on-site).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report retail performance globally; produce regular weekly and monthly reports for senior management including oral presentations.
  • Prepare and lead monthly performance calls with geographic zones to review results and agree action plans.
  • Manage pricing policy across currencies and ensure pricing governance.
  • Oversee budgets, set objectives and track action plans to meet commercial targets.
  • Contribute to strategic planning (annual budgets, three-year plans, end-of-year reports) and produce product-strategy performance analyses and management dashboards.
  • Identify performance optimisation levers and deliver actionable recommendations to improve store productivity and assortment sizing in coordination with Zones and Store Planning.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses, share best practices across the division and participate in transformation initiatives.
  • Line-manage and mentor an intern.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years' experience in business/retail analysis, merchandising analytics or a similar commercial role; experience in luxury, watches or jewelry preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, queries, BI functions) and experience creating management dashboards.
  • Comfortable with data visualisation tools and the production of executive-level presentations.
  • Strong analytical rigour with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into clear commercial recommendations.
  • Experience in budgeting, pricing analysis and retail performance monitoring.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to work across transversal teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Autonomous, proactive and a proven ability to challenge the status quo to improve efficiency.
  • Fluent in French and English.
