Louis Vuitton internship: Business Analyst Intern in Paris (6-month internship, January 2027). Support Client Data team with requirements and documentation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from stakeholder teams and translate them into detailed functional specifications
- Create, structure, and maintain comprehensive documentation on Confluence, ensuring quality, consistency, and completeness of all specifications produced
- Create, structure, and track Jira tickets for development teams; break down business needs into user stories, tasks, and functional enhancements
- Ensure traceability between business requirements, functional specifications, and development deliverables
- Propose and formalize functional test cases and business test plans for developed features
- Define test scenarios aligned with business expectations and participate in functional validation of deliverables
- Document releases and production deliverables for business teams with clear articulation of changes, impacts, and usage guidelines
- Document business data collection flows from Retail and Digital channels across the Data Foundation perimeter
- Contribute to data flow mapping and customer journey documentation aligned with transactional processes
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or currently enrolled in a program in business analysis, information systems, or data management
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and functional specification documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English

Entry-level or graduate-level professional with foundational knowledge of business analysis methodologies and data concepts; no prior professional experience required.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification in business analysis, information systems, data science, business intelligence, or related discipline.
