Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Business Performance department for Men’s leather goods and accessories across global markets (Europe, Americas, Asia).
- Develop, maintain and enhance dashboards and decision‑support tools to monitor sales, assortment performance and inventory using Excel and Power BI.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative market and product studies to inform central and regional Merchandising teams and to build market expertise.
- Assess and optimise in‑store assortments by reviewing the performance of permanent and seasonal items and recommending adjustments aligned with zone strategies.
- Maintain and refine store clustering to ensure assortments are adapted to store potential and customer typologies in coordination with regional merchandising.
- Prepare and contribute to showroom activities: analyse collection productivity, consolidate purchased quantities by zone and deviations versus buying budgets, and recommend landing actions.
- Coordinate information flow between zones and headquarters on assortment and in‑store offer topics.
- Contribute to the optimisation of analysis and reporting tools and support Power BI deployment and improvements.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or holding a Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and practical knowledge of Power BI.
- Strong analytical and numeric reasoning, with prior exposure to data analysis or commercial performance work.
- Good command of English to communicate regularly with merchandising teams across zones.
- Capacity to work autonomously, manage priorities, and deliver rigorous, structured recommendations.
- Proactivity, flexibility, curiosity and the ability to adapt in a fast‑moving, international environment.
- Availability for an alternance rhythm (preferred: 4 days on / 1 day off or 3 weeks / 1 week).

Entry‑level — suitable for students or recent graduates. Prior internship or academic experience in data analysis, merchandising support or commercial performance is an advantage but not mandatory.
Education
Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related field; currently enrolled in an apprenticeship/alternance program.
