Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to business tracking for men's accessories and leather goods across global markets (Europe, Americas, Asia).
  • Design, develop and maintain dashboards and decision‑support tools to inform merchandising and buying choices.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative studies to answer merchandising and market questions and develop market expertise.
  • Evaluate assortment effectiveness for permanent and seasonal items and recommend assortment adjustments by zone.
  • Maintain and refine store clustering to ensure assortment alignment with each boutique’s potential and client typology.
  • Perform network performance analyses and propose operational or assortment adjustments to improve sell‑through and productivity.
  • Coordinate between regional merchandising teams and headquarters on in‑store offering and assortment strategy.
  • Prepare for and participate in showroom activities: analyse collection productivity, consolidate purchased quantities by zone, and report variances against buying budgets.
  • Support optimization of analysis and reporting tools, with a focus on Power BI and Excel-based reporting.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a Bac+4/5 programme (Master’s level) in business, economics, statistics, data science or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and logical skills with prior exposure to numeric data analysis (academic projects, internships or similar).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with Power BI for dashboarding and reporting.
  • Good command of English to communicate regularly with cross‑regional merchandising teams.
  • Autonomy, rigour and the ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proactivity in problem identification and resolution, flexibility and adaptability.
  • Preferred alternance rhythm: 4 days on / 1 day off or 3 weeks on / 1 week off.
