Role & Responsibilities

  • Support business tracking for men's leather goods and accessories across markets (Europe, Americas, Asia) by consolidating sales and inventory KPIs.
  • Design, develop and maintain dashboards and decision‑support tools to inform merchandising and buying choices.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative studies to answer merchandising questions and build market expertise for central and regional teams.
  • Assess assortment effectiveness (permanent and seasonal ranges) and recommend adjustments in collaboration with central and zonal merchandising teams.
  • Maintain and refine store clustering to ensure assortments are adapted to shop potential and client typologies.
  • Analyse network performance and provide actionable recommendations to optimise sell‑through and allocation.
  • Coordinate offer‑related topics between regional zones and headquarters.
  • Prepare and participate in showroom reviews: monitor collection productivity, reconcile purchased quantities versus budget, and report on product landing and performance.
  • Contribute to the optimisation of analytics and reporting tools, with a focus on Power BI and Excel‑based solutions.

Qualifications

  • Enrolment in a Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) programme compatible with an alternance (work‑study) contract.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel.
  • Practical experience or knowledge of Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning, with prior exposure to numerical data analysis or related internships.
  • Professional working proficiency in English to liaise with international merchandising teams.
  • Autonomy, rigor, strong organisation and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
