Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop store team through inspiring hands-on management and coaching, modeling the four Louis Vuitton Attitudes
  • Develop managers and support their teams in delivering the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client through consistent coaching and tailored action plans
  • Identify, recruit, and develop talents while securing succession plans for leadership positions
  • Translate strategic and business goals into concrete individual actions and objectives for the team
  • Set achievable yet challenging team and individual targets, monitor performance, and ensure goals are achieved
  • Build and lead a client-centric culture that maximizes customer experience and repurchase objectives
  • Maximize potential of all product categories through strategic clienteling, visual merchandising, and category synergies
  • Lead by example on the sales floor, understand client needs, and identify market trends and improvement opportunities
  • Ensure efficient sales floor management through visible presence and support while maintaining Louis Vuitton Promise standards
  • Provide consistent qualitative feedback and coach managers and team members on the spot
