Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and mentor store managers and team members through consistent coaching, modeling of Louis Vuitton attitudes, and tailored action plans; identify talent, secure succession plans, and support training needs
- Organize team structure according to business requirements, delegate responsibilities, and translate strategic objectives into individual goals and KPIs
- Set and monitor achievable yet challenging team and individual targets; assess performance against goals and ensure accountability throughout the store
- Create a positive, empowering work environment that motivates the team, encourages innovation, and drives business results
- Lead and develop store business through strategic understanding of all stakeholders, capitalizing on visual merchandising, clienteling, events, and regional support
- Establish a client-centric culture that prioritizes the highest level of customer experience and achieves client repurchase objectives through comprehensive clienteling strategies
- Lead by example on the sales floor, understand client needs, identify improvement opportunities, and maintain a visible presence to support team performance and Louis Vuitton standards
