Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, operational challenges and decision-making processes, translating ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches
  • Design intuitive, scalable dashboards supporting operational, tactical and strategic decision-making with meaningful KPIs, metrics and analytical frameworks across business functions
  • Conduct deep-dive analytics across retail performance, CRM, merchandising, product performance, e-commerce and omnichannel domains, including sales tracking, store benchmarking, customer lifecycle analysis, product affinity and conversion funnel analysis
  • Develop and maintain reusable reporting assets and standardized performance monitoring frameworks, continuously optimizing dashboards based on user feedback and business priorities
  • Partner with business and technology teams to design scalable business taxonomies and tagging frameworks for client profiles, product attributes, store characteristics, client advisor expertise, campaigns and customer journeys
  • Write efficient SQL and Python code to extract, transform and analyze large datasets; build reusable analytical datasets and reporting logic
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and business opportunities; collaborate with technology teams to improve data quality, availability and governance
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and analytical workflows; explore AI-enabled analytics and next-generation Business Intelligence capabilities
  • Contribute to enterprise KPI definitions, data governance standards and dimensional data modeling initiatives to improve analytical scalability

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Commercial Analytics or Data Analytics
  • Demonstrated expertise in retail, luxury goods or consumer business analytics
  • Advanced SQL proficiency (mandatory requirement)
  • Strong experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or equivalent solutions
  • Proficiency in Python or R programming languages
  • Solid understanding of dimensional data modeling and data warehousing concepts
  • Expertise in translating business processes into analytical solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management, project management and business consulting capabilities

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Data Science or related quantitative discipline. Advanced certifications in Business Intelligence, data analytics or cloud platforms are advantageous.
