Louis Vuitton seeks a Beauty Stylist to lead its beauty and fragrance category in store, delivering personalized makeup and luxury client experiences while coaching Client Advisors and representing the brand’s beauty vision. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the in-store expert for beauty and fragrance.
- Deliver personalized makeup and beauty styling that enhances the Louis Vuitton silhouette.
- Build deeper customer-brand connections through innovative, engaging storytelling.
- Create memorable luxury beauty experiences and build long-term client relationships.
- Coach Client Advisors on beauty and fragrance to strengthen store expertise.
- Maintain rigorous standards of expertise, organization, and makeup hygiene.
- Work collaboratively as a team player who values diversity and inclusion.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of luxury customer service experience, including in beauty or makeup.
- Expert knowledge of makeup products, color, techniques, and tools.
- Passion for sharing knowledge with and coaching the team.
- Sensitivity to beauty, fashion, art, and cultural trends, with a creative sensibility.
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to create memorable experiences through meaningful interactions.
- Excellent communication and ability to build authentic relationships.
- Ability to bring the Louis Vuitton brand and products to life through storytelling.

- Ability to provide beauty styling tailored to diverse customer needs.
