Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised luxury beauty consultations and make-up applications tailored to individual client needs, occasions and preferences.
- Drive sales and client loyalty through expert product recommendations, shade matching and bespoke application techniques.
- Bring the Louis Vuitton beauty vision to life through storytelling, product education and curated client experiences.
- Support team capability by participating in and delivering in-store training, mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene, grooming and presentation standards for the beauty area and tools; ensure visual and merchandising standards are upheld.
- Collaborate closely with the wider store team to ensure a cohesive client journey across all touchpoints and manage appointments and service workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in makeup artistry, luxury cosmetics retail, or an equivalent beauty role.
- Demonstrable technical proficiency in advanced makeup application, colour theory and shade matching.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver high‑level clienteling.
- Strong presentation, organisation and time-management skills; consistent record of maintaining luxury service standards.
- Flexibility to work retail hours and participate in ongoing training and merchandising activities.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in beauty, makeup artistry or luxury cosmetics retail with a proven track record of client-facing service and sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; professional certification in makeup artistry or cosmetology preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 29 to USD 34 per hour.
