Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver bespoke beauty consultations and personalized makeup services aligned with client needs and the brand’s aesthetic.
- Execute advanced makeup applications using luxury cosmetics to create editorial, commercial and client-ready looks.
- Convey the maison’s artistic heritage through immersive storytelling and product demonstrations that educate and inspire clients.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive follow-up, clienteling and sale conversion.
- Maintain impeccable presentation, sanitation and operational standards within the beauty space, including merchandising and stock upkeep.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ professional experience in luxury beauty, high-end makeup retail or equivalent makeup-focused sales environment.
- Proven expertise in makeup application across a range of looks and skin tones, with up-to-date knowledge of trends and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a discerning clientele.
- Comfort and confidence working in a fast-paced luxury retail setting; strong orientation to sales targets and client service.
