Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, one-to-one beauty consultations and makeup applications that reflect the Louis Vuitton aesthetic and elevate the client experience.
- Provide expert product advice including shade matching, product selection and application techniques across makeup and skincare ranges.
- Bring the brand to life through engaging storytelling and education that connects heritage, product benefits and current beauty trends.
- Support in-store excellence by mentoring and training colleagues, contributing to team learning and sharing best practices.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene, organisation and grooming standards for the beauty station and uphold luxury presentation protocols.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in makeup artistry, cosmetics retail, or a luxury beauty environment.
- Proven ability to deliver consultative sales and bespoke beauty services in a premium retail setting.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills with a comfort for client-facing education and in-store demonstrations.
- Professional grooming and the capacity to maintain luxury service standards at all times.

Experience
At least three years' experience in makeup artistry, beauty consultancy or luxury cosmetics retail, including providing personalised services, consultations and in some cases peer-to-peer training within a high-end retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational diploma, cosmetology qualification or professional makeup artistry certification preferred.
