Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised, luxury beauty consultations and professional makeup application tailored to each client's needs and occasions.
- Recommend and demonstrate product selection, shade matching and application techniques to drive product adoption and client loyalty.
- Bring the Louis Vuitton beauty narrative to life through emotive storytelling and education during client interactions.
- Support in‑store training and mentoring to elevate team expertise and ensure consistent service standards across shifts.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene, grooming and visual standards to uphold the Maison’s aesthetic in the beauty space.
- Collaborate closely with the wider store team to ensure a unified, high‑touch client journey and seamless handovers.

Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ professional experience in beauty, makeup artistry or luxury cosmetics retail.
