Role & Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced makeup artistry skills and provide expert guidance on product selection, color matching, and application techniques
• Share Louis Vuitton's artistic heritage and craftsmanship through storytelling, connecting clients with the brand's ethos and identity
• Conduct training sessions and mentor team members to elevate beauty expertise and align the team with the beauty line's manifesto
• Maintain impeccable grooming and ensure the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic excellence of the beauty station in adherence to luxury standards
• Collaborate with store teams to ensure seamless integration of the beauty line within the global Louis Vuitton ecosystem
• Stay current on beauty trends, tools, and innovations to maintain cutting-edge expertise and inspire colleagues

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in luxury beauty or makeup retail
• Advanced makeup application skills with comprehensive knowledge of products, tools, and techniques
• Proven expertise in delivering luxury client services with a personalization focus
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and adapt beauty looks to different client needs and occasions
• Strong storytelling proficiency to connect brand legacy with client experiences
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
