Louis Vuitton seeks an experienced Beauty Stylist to establish and elevate the Maison's beauty offering in a newly launched métier. This store-based role combines advanced makeup artistry with luxury client experience, positioning the successful candidate as the store's primary beauty and fragrance expert. The Beauty Stylist will curate bespoke beauty experiences, mentor Client Advisors, and serve as an ambassador for the Louis Vuitton beauty vision through sophisticated artistry and compelling storytelling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the store's expert stylist in beauty and fragrance, providing authoritative guidance on all beauty products and trends
- Apply advanced makeup artistry skills to create tailored, complementary full beauty looks aligned with the Louis Vuitton silhouette
- Deliver ultra-luxurious, custom beauty experiences that cultivate long-lasting client relationships
- Foster strong brand connections through innovative storytelling and authentic client engagement
- Provide coaching and mentorship to Client Advisors, elevating the store's overall beauty and fragrance capabilities
- Maintain rigorous standards of professionalism, presentation, and makeup hygiene within the beauty space
- Demonstrate versatility, inclusivity, and collaborative team spirit across all store operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury beauty or makeup retail environments
- Advanced proficiency in makeup application with comprehensive knowledge of products, colour theory, techniques, and tools
- Demonstrated ability to engage clients with confidence, creativity, and authenticity
- Passion for fashion, art, and culture with keen awareness of cutting-edge beauty trends
- Exceptional organizational and inventory management skills
- Strong communication abilities and natural rapport-building capabilities

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury beauty or makeup retail, demonstrating mastery in makeup application, product expertise, and high-touch client service in fast-paced luxury environments.
Education
No formal education requirement specified; professional certification or training in makeup artistry, beauty consultation, or cosmetology is advantageous.

Compensation
