Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated, personalized client consultations and makeup services that reflect the Louis Vuitton beauty vision and drive client loyalty.
- Perform advanced makeup application, shade matching and bespoke beauty demonstrations for a range of occasions and skin types.
- Recommend products and bespoke routines, combining technical expertise with persuasive storytelling to translate brand heritage into the client experience.
- Support store performance by building long-term client relationships, contributing to clienteling activities and meeting individual sales objectives.
- Lead and participate in in‑store training and mentoring to raise team expertise and ensure consistent service standards.
- Maintain impeccable luxury standards of hygiene, grooming, product presentation and workspace organization within the beauty area.
- Collaborate closely with the wider store team to ensure a coherent, elevated client journey and cohesive merchandising of the beauty assortment.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of professional experience in makeup artistry, beauty consulting, or a luxury cosmetics environment.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate brand storytelling into persuasive client education.
- Impeccable personal presentation and the ability to maintain exacting standards of hygiene and visual merchandising.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in makeup artistry, beauty consulting or a related role—experience within luxury retail or a prestige beauty brand strongly preferred.
Education
