Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty consultations, tailoring recommendations to clients' unique preferences, needs, and aesthetic styles
• Elevate the luxury beauty experience through high-touch service, personalized attention, and engaging storytelling that communicates heritage, craftsmanship, and innovation
• Remain current with emerging beauty trends and techniques to maintain Louis Vuitton's exacting standards of excellence and luxury
• Serve as a role model and mentor for the team, sharing beauty expertise, product knowledge, and best practices in makeup application and beauty advisory
• Collaborate with the Field Coach Trainer and Team Manager to refine the team's selling capabilities and deepen collective expertise in beauty product lines
• Maintain an immaculate, inviting beauty space and personal grooming that embodies the elegance and sophistication of the Louis Vuitton aesthetic

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in luxury makeup or beauty retail
• Demonstrated expertise in makeup application and color theory, with refined ability to personalize beauty solutions across diverse client preferences
• Exceptional communication and storytelling ability; capacity to inspire and engage both clientele and colleagues through the artistry of beauty
• Passionate commitment to beauty, color, fashion, and cultural expression, aligned with Louis Vuitton's standards of excellence
• Impeccable personal grooming and respect for the brand's luxury standards of presentation
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in maintaining an inviting beauty space

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury beauty retail or premium cosmetics, with demonstrated expertise in makeup application, beauty advisory, and high-touch client service within a luxury retail environment.

Education

Secondary education required; additional training or certification in beauty, makeup artistry, or cosmetology is advantageous.
