Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations across makeup, skincare and fragrances, tailoring product selections and application techniques to each client's needs.
- Create elevated, high‑touch client journeys that reinforce the Maison's luxury positioning and drive long‑term client relationships and loyalty.
- Articulate the heritage, craftsmanship and creative vision of Louis Vuitton's beauty line through compelling storytelling and product demonstrations.
- Act as an in‑store beauty resource by sharing expertise, supporting informal training and coaching colleagues on techniques, product knowledge and best practices.
- Maintain exemplary presentation of the beauty area—ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and visual standards that reflect the brand's image.
- Collaborate with the boutique team to integrate the beauty offer into store operations and support commercial objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury makeup, cosmetics or beauty retail with a demonstrable record of exceptional client service.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
- Advanced makeup application skills and the ability to adapt techniques to diverse client profiles.
- Proven clienteling ability and experience operating within high‑pressure, high‑service luxury retail environments.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with a talent for translating product benefits into emotional and aspirational narratives.
- Impeccable personal presentation and adherence to luxury grooming standards.
