Role & Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive back-of-house operations to support client experience.
- Strategically oversee operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Handle financial and expense management.
- Coordinate internal and external communications via phone.
- Support after-sales services.
- Implement strategic inventory management.
- Facilitate external coordination and adjustments.
- Manage facilities and equipment.
- Support internal audits and shift planning.
- Assist with stock maintenance, including unpacking, inspection, and packaging.
- Provide support for product care services, including canvas and sneaker care.
- Perform hot stamping services for personalized customer products.
Qualifications
- Experience in PC-based tasks.
- Customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Experience using foreign languages such as English or Chinese is advantageous.

Compensation
Back of House Specialist: Annual salary range from ¥3,600,000 to ¥4,000,000. Stock Person: Annual salary range from ¥2,260,000 to ¥3,120,000. Incentives available. Salary determined through selection process.
