Role & Responsibilities
- Produce institutional audiovisual content (written briefs, photography, films and videos) that reflect the Maison’s artistic vision and savoir‑faire.
- Design and develop learning content targeted at Client Care experts in boutiques to support omnichannel training initiatives.
- Independently manage multiple video montages and edits (animations, creative concepts), including adaptation and formatting for different channels.
- Translate artistic briefs into coherent audiovisual deliverables while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Client Care Service store support team, central teams, regional repair centres and boutiques to gather inputs and validate content.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 programme (Master’s level) in audiovisual communication, film/media production, or a business school with audiovisual specialization.
- Strong creative sensibility, curiosity and the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and video editing workflows (see required tools).
- Fluent English (spoken and written); ability to communicate effectively with international teams.
